How long is the typical wait?: Roughly a month usually.

Depends on the time of year really.
Do you have a cancellation policy?: If a session is cancelled due to Covid 19 then your deposit can be transferred towards a different date but not refunded.

If you need to reschedule due to a car malfunction then the session can be rescheduled but not refunded.

If a session is cancelled due to a death in the family the session fee can be refunded if requested.

If you are in a car wreck your session will be refunded if requested.
